How do I choose the right size?

Take a look at our Size Guide to help you find your best fit. Please note that all measurements may vary by up to 1 inch. If you're between sizes, don't worry — many customers find that a quick personal tailoring gives the perfect fit!

What is the difference between Ống thường, Ống 80, and Ống 110?

Ống refers to the width (circumference) of the pant legs (quần áo dài) — specifically how wide or flowy they are.

Ống Thường

Straight Leg

Standard pant width — not too narrow or too wide. This is the classic cut that pairs well with most áo dài styles.

Look: Timeless, balanced, elegant

Ống 80

Flared

Slightly wider than ống thường, offering a more flowy and modern silhouette. This is often a popular choice for a slightly elevated or dressier look.

Look: Elegant, versatile

Ống 110

Dramatic Flare

Very wide-leg pants, similar to palazzo pants. These offer a highly dramatic and elegant flow — especially when walking or during photoshoots.

Do you sell matching tops and pants as sets?

While we don’t sell áo dài tops and pants as a pre-made set, we do provide style recommendations to help you find a matching pair! You’ll need to add the top and pants to your cart separately.

If you’re looking for a specific color or size and don’t see it available, feel free to send us a message — we’ll be happy to check and see what we can do for you.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard Orders

Flat $15 shipping for all orders under $200.

Free shipping for orders $200+.

*For large or heavy orders, additional shipping may apply — we’ll always contact you first.

What happens if my order is large or heavy? Will shipping cost more?

For extra large boxes, special packaging, or heavier weight, shipping costs may exceed our standard flat fee. In these cases, we will contact you promptly to confirm any additional shipping charges before processing your order. Our goal is to always be transparent and fair while ensuring your áo dài pieces arrive safely and beautifully.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not offer returns or exchanges. This helps us avoid wasteful over-ordering, preserve our margins, and reflect our values of sustainable, respectful fashion.

All sales are final.

Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you're unsure about sizing or product details, please contact us before ordering — we're happy to help!

What if I receive the wrong item or size?

If we make a mistake on your order (such as sending the wrong item or size), we will absolutely make it right. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve it quickly.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

We’re happy to help you cancel or make changes to your order — as long as it hasn’t shipped yet.

Once your order has been shipped, it’s out of our hands and we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations. If you need to update your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to assist you before your package leaves our studio.

💌 Customer Support

Do you offer custom sizing or special orders?

We don’t offer full custom tailoring at this time, but if you're looking for a specific size or color that’s not currently in stock, we may be able to special order it for you.

If the item is available from our manufacturers, we can typically receive it within 3–4 weeks. Once it arrives, we’ll list it online and send you a message letting you know it’s available to purchase.

If you're interested in a special order, just email us with the item details — we’ll do our best to help!

How often is a restock?

Please Note!

We are a small boutique business. Once a style is sold out — especially for pattern specific áo dài tops — it may not be restocked. Our pants, which are single-colored, can typically be restocked more easily, taking about 3-4 weeks.

Are your items available in-store as well as online?

We do not currently have a physical storefront. However, we also sell through Facebook Live streams, hosted by our CEO, Kalen, every Tuesday to Friday from 9 PM to 12 AM (PST).

During these livestreams, Kalen personally presents and tries on áo dài and pants, giving you a close-up view of the fit and fabric. She’s also available to answer your questions in real time, so it’s a great opportunity to ask about sizing, styling, or availability.

Please note that some items shown during the livestream may not be listed on the website, and vice versa.
